Pasta in Red Sauce

  • Any Pasta : 200 g
  • Medium Onion : 1
  • Medium Tomatoes : 3
  • Garlic : 3 tbsp
  • Thyme to taste
  • Black Pepper powder to taste
  • Organo powder to taste
  • Parsley few leaves (hand torn)
  • Olive Oil : 1 and 1/2 tbsp



Pastas are available in many flavors. Red sauce pasta is the quickest and the easiest to make. With its quintessential tangy taste from the tomatoes, it is a favorite amongst kids as well as adults.

Boil water; add pasta to the boiling water. Once cooked, sieve the pasta drizzle some olive oil and keep it aside.
(Tip: add little salt and oil to the water)

Heat olive oil; add finely chopped onion and garlic and sauté till onions become light pink. Add blanched chopped tomatoes and tomato puree, cook till gravy leaves oil. Sprinkle a little oregano, add salt, thyme, parsley and pepper powder to taste.

Add cooked pasta to the prepared sauce, toss it well, garnish with Parsley.
