Cheesy-Tangy Maggi

Ingredients

  • Maggi : Pack of 2
  • Chings Red Chilly Sauce : 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Maggi tomato ketchup (no onion no garlic) : 1 tbsp
  • Veeba Pizza-on-a-slice Sandwich Spread : 3 tbsp
  • 2 Cheese Slice or Vegan Cashew Cheese
  • Mixed Herbs : as per taste

 

Method

Start with cooking your normal Maggi:
Break the noodle cake into 4 parts.
Add noodles & tastemaker (that comes with Maggi) to approx 1 1/2 teacups of water.
Cook it in an open pan, stirring it occasionally.

As the Maggi nears completion just add some chilly sauce, tomato ketchup, Veeba spread & cheese.
Crush mixed herbs in your palm and add to it.
Cover and cook for a minute mix well and serve.

You can add veggies if you wish. We love it plain.
You may garnish with some grated cheese (optional).
