Dry Garlic Chutney

  • Garlic : 30 to 35 cloves
  • Roasted Gram (roasted daria) : 1 cup
  • Sugar : 2 tsp
  • Red Chilly Powder : 2 tbsp
  • Salt : as per taste



Add all ingredients to a mixer grinder, grind it well to get a coarse powder with no lumps.
