Sprouts & Flakes Salad

Ingredients

  • Sprouted Moong : 1 cup
  • Finely Chopped Tomato : 1/2
  • Finely Chopped Onion : 1/2
  • Finely Chopped Green Capsicum : 1/2
  • Boiled Potato Cubes : 1
  • Green Chutney : 2 tbsp
  • Chings Red Chilly Sauce :   1 tbsp
  • Kellogg’s Corn Flakes Original : 1 cup
  • Salt : as per taste
  • Black Pepper Powder :  1/4 tsp
  • Chaat Masala : as per taste
  • Lemon : 1/2
  • Coriander to garnish

 

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, adding corn flakes at the end so that it retains its crispiness.
