Cucumber Raita

Ingredients

  • Cucumber : 1/4 kg
  • Blended Curd : 2 cups
  • Roasted Jeera Powder : 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Powdered Sugar : 2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
  • A handful of Coriander.
  • Mint leaves to garnish (optional).

 

Method

Peel & grate cucumber.

Add salt as per taste, and keep it aside for 5 mins.

Hand press and remove all water from the cucumber.

In a bowl add cucumber and blended curd, and mix well.

Now add all the remaining ingredients and mix.Use fresh mint leaves to garnish.

Serve cool.
