Sweet Boondi raita is a Sweetened variant of the spicy Boondi raita version. It is very famous in Gujrati household and is goes well with all types of Dals and sabzis. It is also quick to make and is loved by all.
Add the boondi to the warm water. Allow it to get soaked for 9 to 12 minutes.Drain the water from the soaked boondis. Lightly press the boondi in your palms, to squeeze the excess water from them. don’t mash them up.
Whisk the curd/yogurt in a bowl till smooth. Add powdered sugar and salt. Now mix chopped coriander leaves and stir well.
Add the soaked Boondis to the curd and serve with Lunch/Dinner.
