Green Chutney

Ingredients

  • Coriander : 2 cups
  • Mint Leaves : 2 tsp
  • Groundnuts : 1 tbsp
  • Green Chillies : 3 to 4 sliced
  • Sugar : 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice : 1 lemon
  • Salt as per taste
  • Ice Cubes : 1/2 cup

 

Method

In a mixer blender, add all ingredients and blend it to get a fine paste.

To be stored in an airtight container in the deep freezer, to keep it fresh for up longer duration.

When required, remove from the deep freezer, thaw it, take out the required amount, and immediately deep freeze the remaining chutney.

This green chutney can be used as an accompaniment, dip, and also in chaats and other recipes.
